Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refund, cancellation, and billing conditions for Vivaa Technologies education and technology services on www.nitishkumar.info and associated service channels.

1. Nature of Service

Vivaa Technologies provides digital and operational services including education programs, technology implementation, messaging-enabled workflows, integrations, and analytics support. Since resources, seats, infrastructure, and operational effort are allocated upon activation, payments are generally non-refundable.

2. No-Refund Policy

Once a paid plan, admission, subscription, or service engagement is confirmed, fees are non-refundable whether the service is used fully, partially, or not used.

  • Subscription fees (monthly/yearly, where applicable)
  • Setup, onboarding, implementation, or consulting fees
  • Platform usage and operational charges

3. Trial, Demo, and Evaluation

Where demo or evaluation access is provided, users are expected to review suitability before payment. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction after paid activation are generally not accepted.

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in restricted cases:

  • Duplicate/double payment due to technical error
  • Incorrect debit caused by verifiable system malfunction attributable to us

Conditions for review:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of transaction date
  • Valid payment proof is mandatory
  • Approval remains at the sole discretion of Vivaa Technologies

5. Third-Party Charges

If your service includes third-party platform usage (for example WhatsApp conversation billing, gateway, API, or infra charges), such charges are controlled by respective providers and remain non-refundable unless provider-side reversal is confirmed.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation may be requested any time via dashboard/support channel.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only.
  • Service remains active until end of current billing cycle unless terminated for violation.
  • No refund is issued for unused remaining period of an active cycle.

7. Suspension or Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms, policy breach, unlawful activity, abuse, or prohibited messaging behavior, no refund will be issued.

8. Policy Updates

Vivaa Technologies reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes become effective once posted on our website.
